  • How far in advance do i have to book?

    2 weeks to a month to book a party.

  • Are all the products that are used safe?

    Yes they are all safe and they are all natural. We only use top of the line products.

  • Where are Glam it Up spa parties held?

    Our parties are held on the Glam It Up Spa Party Bus parked outside your home or party venue. *Parent is responsible for providing adequate parking for the bus.

  • What are your COVID-19 safety precautions?

    Our Covid-19 safety precautions arefollows:

    *Our buses have a built in ventilation system to ensure the filtration of clean air

    *Our Bus are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each party

    *Our party staff has their temperature taken before work, and they are required to wear masks and gloves throughout the duration of the party

    *We use clip in hair extensions (no utensils used on hair)

    *We use disposable q-tips for applying the makeup for each child (no double dipping)

    *All kids and parents must wear a mask and have their temperatures taken upon entering the bus

    *Sanitizer available for all party guest

  • Are there any additional or hidden fees that I should know about?

    Only if you live in an area that we require a travel fee (listed below). Otherwise, there are no additional or hidden fees. Our prices are as listed on our party details page, nothing more, nothing less.

  • What if I need to cancel my party?

    Should you need to cancel your party, you must notify Glam It Up Party Bus within 72 hours of your party. You will be offered the opportunity to reschedule, according to our availability. All deposits paid to Glam It Up Party Bus are non-refundable, except under certain circumstances, which will be determined by Glam It Up Party Bus. If rescheduling does not work out, you may request a refund in writing, within 30 days of your party date, accompanied with documented proof of the reason why you are unable to fulfill your party reservation.
